Our Business Model and Values
We are a Business Directory, allowing Companies to directly search, connect with and hire Fractional Leaders. Our Directory displays all publicly listed Fractional leaders on LinkedIn that operate within Singapore (and New Zealand: at fractional.co.nz).
Our revenue model is simple: basic listings are free, and Fractional Leaders only provide us with a finders fee if we successfully source them a work contract.
For CEOs and Founders looking to hire a Fractional Leader, we charge a small subscription that can be paid monthly or annually, to allow full access to the Directory data and connect with the individuals listed within our mapped talent pool.
We believe in transparency, pay equity, and supporting both a gender balanced and ethnically diverse talent pool, accurately surfacing the skills of Leadership experts across all demographics represented in Singapore.
Our Team
Our business is proudly partnered with other organisations both in Singapore and globally who work within a Fractional model. We are Founding members of the Fractional Leadership Alliance, and work alongside the Executive Recruiting ecosystem to bring the best-fit talent directly into Singaporean businesses.
Michelle operates as an Advisor and Fractional Chief Revenue Officer for both New Zealand businesses and clients across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America. She immigrated to New Zealand from the United States, and has domain expertise in Sales and Sales Strategy, having worked for technology companies ranging from series A to Fortune 100 (Salesforce, Oracle, Cisco).
Julia has more than a decade of engineering expertise, operating as a Senior Software engineer at Serko, a NZ-listed enterprise company. A distinguished graduate of AUT in Computer and Information Sciences, she has worked both in New Zealand and London for companies ranging from pre-IPO startups to large enterprises such as Avanade, Spark, IAG and ANZ.
Mark is a Fractional General Manager and Chief of Staff. Based in Singapore since 2011, his specialities are loyalty, financial services, and early stage startups. Prior to becoming a Fractional leader, Mark worked in senior leadership positions with such companies as Minden (yuu Rewards), Ascenda Loyalty, and American Express.
